We believe that the Descendants of Africans enslaved in the United States or those affected by the injustice of the Jim Crow era and beyond require full Reparations Now. N'COBRA has identified five injury areas requiring repair; Health, Economics, Criminal Punishment, Education, and Peoplehood. Although we recognize that compensation is important, it alone is insufficient to repair the harm from centuries of inhumane treatment! We seek Full Repair and restoration of our Human Dignity, including compensation.
Chapter Membership
N'COBRA membership is limited to people of African descent.
Membership dues are intentionally low to ensure that they will not be a barrier to joining.
You can apply online through the national website, or you can download the attached PDF and mail it to us.

Chapter Committees
Membership in N'COBRA is limited to people of African descent. We work through a committee structure that focuses on nine areas:
Education;
Economic Development;
Health;
Information and Media;
International affairs;
Legal;
Legislative;
Membership;
and Youth.
The level of committee operations depends on membership engagement .
Volunteers
The New England Chapter is currently seeking both board member volunteers and paid contract staff.
